Terms of Service

Last updated: April 15, 2026

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using SoCode ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

SoCode is both a school and an online school-management platform. We deliver our own training programmes to students directly, and we provide the platform that schools and trainers use to schedule sessions, manage student enrolments, track progress, and deliver instruction online and in-person. Features may include integration with third-party tools such as Google Meet for online session delivery.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to the Service — including formations, session records, student data, and any other materials. By using the Service, you grant SoCode a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you upload does not violate applicable law or the rights of third parties.

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Service may integrate with third-party platforms, including Google Meet and Google Calendar. Your use of those integrations is governed by the respective third party's terms of service and privacy policies. SoCode is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, or conduct of any third-party service.

7. Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available and operational. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including infrastructure outages or third-party service failures.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service — without prior notice — if you breach these Terms, engage in conduct that harms the Service, other users, or third parties, or if required by law.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at hello@socode.tech. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations or liability incurred prior to termination.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SoCode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of business opportunity — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to SoCode (if any) in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Constantine, Algeria.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Service or applicable law. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a notice displayed within the Service. Continued use of the Service after updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.
